What should guests notice first?

A physical product needs room to look, try and understand its details. A store opening needs a plan for the entrance and movement between reception and the existing space. Choose the one message that should be clear even to a visitor who stays briefly. This helps identify a main focal point.

Translate brand guidelines into materials

A logo and colours are a starting point, but dimensions, materials and existing light also affect presentation. Share approved files before planning printed elements or scenery. Decide what can fit the current space and what needs to be made. Brand elements should be approved by the company before ordering.

Make room for demonstration and photography

Tell Sivan if the event includes a demonstration, press or content photography. A photo backdrop should not block the product or entrance. Clarify which items stay after the event and which are removed. Production, content, sound and professional lighting are coordinated separately according to the agreed scope.
