WILD / CORPORATE CONCEPTS
Event design is priced around the work required: areas, quantities, materials, manufacturing and setup conditions. There is no single price for every company event. A clear brief makes proposals easier to understand and compare.

A space with suitable furniture differs from one that needs a new guest area. A custom-made element needs different preparation from an existing item. The number of focal points, printed dimensions and setup hours also affect the scope. Compare proposals that cover the same areas and quantities.
Explain the amount allocated to design and what the venue or producer already supplies. Catering, sound, content and professional lighting are not automatically included. Prioritise the entrance, hospitality and photo areas according to your needs. This helps the proposal reflect your decisions rather than assumptions.
Ask whether transport, setup and removal are included. Clarify who approves alternatives and what happens if quantities change. Review approval and payment dates, cancellation terms and ownership of items after the event. Prices, VAT treatment and conditions belong in the approved proposal; this guide is not a price list.
